How can we influence housing behaviour in Flanders?

Getting citizens to live more in clusters instead of in scarce open space requires policies that take into account the complex decision-making process about how and where they choose to live.

In this research, we look at what influences the decision-making process of Flemish people when they choosing where to live. In this publication, you will find several personas to give the obtained data more of a human face.
